So far I'm enjoying using Pilot to plan my summer anniversary trip. It's pretty user friendly. The only thing I'm struggling with is the fact that I can't add multiple links on one entry and that I can't categorize the "activities" to differentiate between things to do, restaurants, tours, and add details like the cost and confirmation number of each activity.

I am loving using this trip planner for my 2.5 months in Europe! It keeps everything in the one place, and the map feature is super handy for seeing where everything is in a city. Also really useful for trip planning with friends - love the integrated chat feature and the voting feature for activities/attractions! Also good to keep your travel documents with your travel plans - you can link these together which is an awesome feature. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try, and can’t wait until the app is released!

Pilot is super easy to maneuver through. It is nice to have everything in one place. Pilot found my flights with no problem even on international flights. I am anxious for the app to be finalized and released as that is the only drawback as of right now. However, with that said, I have not had any issues with using the web interface. I cant give five stars only because of the lack of a Iphone app but will gladly give a high Four Star review now and follow up with a Five Star Review once the app is released if the app works as well as the program does.

Pilot has been a great place to put docs, notes, lists, and plans for trips. The best part is that it's collaborative! I've been able to map out a trip with a friend and it's been the easiest planning I've done in awhile. Thank you pilot!

This site is a great way to organize all your plans for upcoming trips! I love that I can keep all the info stored in one place and jot down ideas and notes when they pop up! I also use it to organize trips that I want to take in the future, but don't have any solid plans for yet, and then I can fill in the details as I solidify my plans.

I have now used Pilot for 2 trips I am planning. The process to enter the information is relatively easy. I really like the way you can enter your flight details and it fills them in automatically. I am still getting used to some of the finer details, but have great faith that it will be a wonderful tool.

I'm planning a 6 week trip in South-East Asia and Pilot has proved invaluable as i can keep all my bookings and other information in one place. I really like being able to link documents (hotel bookings, tickets, etc) to each destination.

There are no other apps to my knowledge that let me easily and asynchronously plan out a trip. It feels like Notion for trip planning. Solid stuff guys.
